The aim of Mother and Kin Nutrition is to empower you with education and evidence-based advice so you can confidently take control of your health, and the health of your family.
WHAT IS CLINICAL NUTRITION?
A Clinical Nutritionist has undergone years of education and clinical placement to obtain a Bachelor Degree in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. We are legally bound by regulatory bodies to abide by a strict code of ethics and continual research.
Mother and Kin is regulated by Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).
We practice evidence based medicine with the philosophy that the human body is highly individual, complex and made up of multiple systems that are making deliberate interactions with each other. We aim to treat the body, rather than mask symptoms.
By looking at the body holistically from a scientific perspective, it allows us to identify the root cause of your health concerns and provide individualised support.
Treatment can incorporate a range of tools including dietary and lifestyle changes, counselling, education, nutraceutical interventions, functional testing (including GI Maps), pathology breakdowns and referrals.

HELLO
I am Elleisha.
A mother of two, registered BHSc Clinical Nutritionist, breastfeeding advocate and the woman behind Mother and Kin Nutrition.
After starting a family of my own in 2019 and experiencing the complexities that motherhood has to offer, I developed an all-consuming passion to support other women within this space.
Naturally, my interests have flowed into early childhood nutrition, gut health and immune support.
As a mother and health professional, I wholeheartedly believe the health of the next generation lies within our hands.
